What exactly is it that is giving you trouble ?

There are many ways to load data into Oracle. I use:

  1. Import.
  2. SQL Loader.
  3. Access 97 (export to ODBC database).
  4. Import Utility in Golden (http://www.benthicsoftware.com/)
  5. PL/SQL using UTL_FILE.
  6. Visual C++ and ODBC.
  7. Scripts.
