Hi, the problem may be with Oracle Installer.  The one on the CD is not Y2K
compliant.  You will have to go to Oracle web site.  WWW.ORACLE.COM and
download the new version.  Install it and then install you tools by using the
installer on you computer, not the one on the CD.  If you cannot find the
download file on the website, you should call them and see if they have one
that is on CD.
