ORA-06401 Error

In powerbuilder (native driver), I define a new connection oracle 8.0.4.
When I try to connect,  I have a oracle Error
ORA-06401: NETCMN: invalid driver designator.



I have the same problem on the 8.0.4/5, 8.1.5 database version.
I have the same problem on pb 6.5.1 and 7.0.1.



Someone can explain me what is the problem?
Have you a solution?
