Interpetting Rollback Seg report

Greetings ---

Here is a the summary information for the Rollback Segments for one of the proudction DB's I support. 1) DB was restarted approx. 24 hrs. before this report was run, 2) DB is used as a datamart and not transaction processing, using Oracle 8.0.5. What "rules of thumb" can I use to determine if my rollback segments are setup properly?
