JDBC problem

Please help. I am a student trying to set up a connection to an oracle 8.04 server with a java program.

I believe I am missing one or more dll files or have them in the wrong place.

I am getting:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError : c:\orawin95\BIN\OCI804JDBC.DLL : One of the library files needed to run this application can not be found.

I would be extremely grateful for any light anyone could shed.

I have tried reinstalling etc. but the problem persists.
