sqlnet

I have a problem when I try to install sqlnet on windows 2000. This is the error:

Unable to delete the NT service for the sql*net v2 listener

I'm not especially familiar with sqlnet but to me it looks like that it think im installing on winNT 4.0.

well.. any feedback woud be greatly appriciated
