Windows 98 and Oracle 8 Client

    I cannot install Oracle Client 8 (Custom Installation) on Windows 98
platform. The installer has a problem with msvcrt.dll. This file is
allocated in c:\windows\system. The error message is : "ORAINST caused
an invalid page fault in module MSVCRT.DLL at 015f:7801518f".
Is there any compatibility problem between Oracle 8 and Windows 98?
