Unattend install Net8 Client

We are rolling out the Net8 client to over 200 NT workstations. Right now we are doing manual installs on each machine.

I followed the steps to create a "response file". (orainst /rspdest filename.)

Then when I try to use it, (orainst /rspsrc filename /silent), it seems to start the install then bombs.

If anyone has gotten this to work I would appreciate hearing from you.
