Graphical Interface from Remote Location?

I would like to know if there is a way to use the graphical Oracle tools such as Orcale Forms/Oracle Reports from my remote system.

My DBA sent out the following comment when the transfer to Oracle was complete.

"Please note that at this time we do not have any full screen interfaces that allow you to change fields in your data base."

Is this possible to do and if so, how is it done?
