Hallo,



I'm in front of a problem with PL/SQL (Oracle 8) and have the
following


question:



Is there any  possibility in PL/SQL to start an external programma like
a


graphicconverter and additionally give parameters for the execution
of


it?



If there is no posibility is there any other way?
