I installed Oracle 8 Enterprise edition in Windows NT4 workstation with
service pack 4. I created a database with MTS. I checked that there are 3
dispatchers(v$dispatcher) and 2 servers(v$shared_servers) running and
waiting for connection. However, whenever I connected the database from
another PC or within the same workstation using account/password_at_testing,
the v$session shows that my connection is dedicated instead of shared(I
checke the column server from v$session). What setup procedure do I miss?
