Without doubt.
Personally my experience with CBT is very negative. The courses assume:
you know nothing of Oracle and/or databases and/or SQL they don't invite you to think. If you can read and work with a mouse, you can answer all feedback questions they ask with success. Try to convince your manager to use them, and try go get to a classroom course from Oracle yourself.
