Re: OAS - OWS-20214 Error

For SP5, you'll need at least OAS 4.0.8 and for SP3, you'll need OAS 4.0.7. I don't think that OAS 4.0.6 is supported anymore. Also, make sure that you install OAS in it's own ORACLE_HOME.
