Recommend Dev 2000/Forms 6.0 book

Hi,

        Can anyone recommend a book which will cover the basics of developing with Developer 2000/Forms 6.0 on Oracle 8i.
All my previous development work has been with ABF on Ingres and I'm discovering that Forms isn't as intuitive as I hoped it would be (or I'm stupider than I thought I was :-)
I'll be attending some courses within the next couple of months but before then would like to have grasped the basics of form development, at least. Ideally, a book should not only get me up and running but act as a future reference.
I've already looked at Amazon but most of their books relate to Oracle 8 or Forms 4.5 or 5.0. The few that fit the bill have scathing reviews.

So I'd be most grateful for any help.
