The data gatherer is part of the oracle server, not part of the intelligent agent. The intelligent agent should be 8.0.5.1 inorder to work correctly with oem 2.0.4 . You must install the intelligent agent in a seperate home and make sure the old dbsnmp executiable is renamed or removed.
