Subsidiary Ledgers out of Balance

Has anyone ever had experienced a problem with the subsidiary ledgers (AP&AR) going out of balance? It seems to happen somewhat randomly. Reconciliation with GL will be consistent (if not correct) for several days, and then the next it will change. There are no manual entries into GL and no posting exceptions.

Thanks in advance to anyone who might have some suggestions.
