Cobol and Oracle SQL*Loader

Does anyone know of a tool(s) that can a COBOL II copybook and produce a SQL*Loader control file.

I have successfully loaded EBCDIC files into Oracle using SQL*Loader and control files that I have created manually but I now have several files with a large number of fields in them and a tool would be useful.

Please excuse me if the above is meaningless as my mainframe/COBOL knowledge is very limited.
