Invalid or Missing Database Driver

We've just had to reinstall Windows NT. We also need to
access an Oracle database. Whenever we run the exe file, the program
will load but we get an error "SES-04000 Invalid or missing database
driver ID for session "



What database drivers do I need for the program db to run?
