Time dim incl. weeks in Express

Hi
I am building a dimension in Oracle Express Administrator that has to have weeks in one of the hierarchies. I wonder if any of you have a solution to the problem of dividing weeks between months/years, like week 5 in year 2000 is both in January and February.
