Dr Watson during Install (8.0.4.0.0)

Hi

We are using Oracle 8.0.4 ...
Suddenly when I go through an install for a client the install creates a Dr. Watson (on NT 4.0 SP6).

This wasn't the always case. It just started happening. The install says it was successful and when you click either yes or no on view documentation it GPFs

Anyone have an idea as to why this might happen ??

These machines are new out of the box Dell XPS T600s with 256mb RAM running NT 4.0 and SP 6
Only Office 2000 is installed. So I doubt it is something to do with funky software or a bad reg entry.

It has happened on 4 machines in a row.
