Hi,

We are using SQL Worksheet 1.2.2. (Oracle Enterprise Manager 1.6.0) with Net80 and SQL*Net 2.3.4.0.2

When we start a query, the system becomes unstable. If you open the Task Manager, you can see that SQL Worksheet is "Not Responding". You cannot use any other application as you cursor remains in waiting status (hourglass). SQL Worksheet absorbs all system resources (processor use remains 100% when the query runs). The query is eventually correctly executed.

We have this problem on different PC's, all working with NT4, since more than a year with different versions of SQL*Net and different NT Service Packs (3, 4, 5, 6a) on Pentium II 350 processors with minimum 96Mb.

Oracle pretends these components to be 32-bit, but we have the feeling they are either 16-bit or they are definitely not respecting the NT GUI standards. Or, are we maybe not installing and using these tools in the correct way?

Any idea on this ?
