HELP - how do you enable objects with personal oracle 8.0.4.0.0

I want to create;



create type address_label as object (text_line varchar2(50));



I get the error message



ERROR at line 1:


ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Objects



I cannot find any reference to ORA-00439, enabled objects  in the online
help, documentation etc, or in O8, the Complete Reference?



Has objects been disabled within PO8?



Thanks in advance for any one who can help.
