Deploying EJB error

Hi everybody,
I get the error message while deployingEJB to Oracle8i. It looks like:

Generating EJBHome and EJBObject on the server...done Publishing EJBHome...::: org.omg.CORBA.NO_PERMISSION

Cannot create directory: No permission
*** Errors occurred while deploying the EJB to JServer ***

What does this mean? And how to solve this problem. Probably someone met this stuff.
