Here's how i do it on my machine, using the default installation:

You know the login window started by sqlplus8? Use "scott & tiger & odbc:polite" for the 3 fields username/password/hoststring. The odbc data source is set by default. Received on Sat Dec 18 1999 - 11:10:36 CST
