Oracle 8.1.5 Install PB

Good evening,

I try to install Oracle 8.1.5 on linux (mandrake 6.2).

Each time i run the installer (./runInstaller), i get the following error:

Initializing Java Virtual Machine from /usr/local/jre/bin/jre. Please wait...
Error in CreateOUIProcess(): -1
: Liste de paramètres trop longue (parameter list too long)

JRE is 1.17 and not 1.15 as stated in the Oracle install doc. (i could'nt find the 1.15 !)

Any help would be appreciated
