create a FORM using mutlitables?(more than 2)

Hi folks,
Anyone tried before using Webdb to create FORM from multitables??

IT seem that tha Webdb only allow us to create a form (Master-Detail form) at most from two tables.Any method to achieve that??Eg using PL/SQL??? Any available PL/SQL script for reference?? Any advice or recommendation is greatly appreciate!!!

Currently, I'm using Oracle8i and WebDB 2.0.5.7.1
