Problems with Cognos Impromptu

Is anyone able to direct me to a newsgroup etc that is able to assist
with questions about the performance of Impromptu.  I am finding that it
is painfully slow when processing locally and exporting the data into a
CSV, EXCEL or even a snap shot file.



Any assistance would be appreciated.
