Re: Net8 Easy Config Hang

This happens, most often, when the tnsnames.ora, sqlnet.ora and other configuration files used by the net8 assistant previously existed on the client and/or were manually edited....previous ( and some subsequent ) versions of the Net8 tool gave you an error message about this, but some versions just fail to run...no message, no nothing...

Also, if you have less than 256 colors set in the display,. it may fail...
