You are serious? Oracle 5 was replaced by Oracle 6 TEN years ago!!! There has never been any NT implementation, and Oracle Server doesn't work on win95/win98 anyhow.
If that database is small and standalone get personal Oracle, otherwise upgrade to NT and get Oracle 8 Server.
I am afraid though you need to go to Oracle 7 first.
