HELP! Problem with Core40.dll

I am using Designer 2.1.2, Developer 2.1, Oracle 8.0.5. I upgraded my
Designer 2.1.1 to 2.1.2 recently and my database from 8.0.4 to 8.0.5. Now
when I do certain things in my form, I am getting Dr. Watson saying that a
ordinal cannot be found in core40.dll. What do I do?
