Can Oracle8 for NetWare talk to 7.3.3 client applications?

We have Oracle8 for NetWare and need to be able to set it up to communicate with Remedy ARS, which is written as an Oracle 7.3.3 client and does not transparently communicate with Oracle 8. In NT environments, the workaround is to install the Required Support Files 7.3.3.0.1.A, the SQL*Net Client 2.3.3.0.1, and the SQL*Net Server 2.3.3.0.1. However, there is no documented similar workaround for NetWare. The Oracle 8 for NetWare CD does not appear to have those options available for installation. Help would be greatly appreciated, as pursuing information from Oracle and Remedy has been tedious and fruitless.
