Microsoft ODBC driver for Oracle

I have a VBasic app that uses Oracle tables thru ODBC driver.



If I use the driver(ver 1.15.03.01) from Oracle7 Server CD, it causes a
error


- "The data provider failed executing a provider command"



I'm now using the MS ODBC driver for Oracle that comes with WIN98 the
problem is that there are a few WIN95 PCs that don't have the driver.



What can I do to get the application running on all PCs?
I can't find the driver for download anywhere.
