I had exactly the same error when I installed OAS (no Windows error though). The problem is the yt40.dll file supplied. There is a patch (which is just another copy of the file) which fixes it. If you still need it, write to me on (Izabella.Urbanek_at_afp.gov.au) and I'll mail it to you.
