Simple SQLPlus Question

I wrote a sqlplus script to generate a report. In the report I define the title using:

ttitle on
ttitle left 'REFXXXX' centre 'Sales and Orders'

However, if the sql return no rows, the title would not appear. However to show the title up even no row returns?
