If you aren't going to be serving many more than 90 users on the server, the
machine should have at least 128mb of ram up to half a gig and a 450mhz
processor. Some will tell you this is more than you need some less. I
believe in over kill. It's better to have lots o' ram and not need it than
to need lots o' ram and not have it.
