Windows NT Server 4.0 Enterprise Edition is Windows NT Server 4.0 plus Cluster Server plus support for up to 8 processors out of the box, vice 4 for standard Windows NT Server 4.0. Look at this http://www.microsoft.com/ntserver/ntserverenterprise/default.asp for further details.
