Access will indeed connect to an oracle database. You will require a SQLnet client and either Microsoft's or Oracle's ODBC drivers. I do recommend the oracle drivers. You can purchase the sqlnet client on the oracle site. Checkout
www.oracle.com and technet.oracle.com
