Christine,

We have deployed Oracle Forms on the web with some success. To do this, we needed Oracle Application Server (OAS) 4.0.8 (for WinNT SP5. If SP3, 4.0.7). We also needed Developer Server 6. This meant that we had to compile all of our forms under forms6.0 but this wasn't a problem. Now that we have everything set up, it's running like a charm. You can download OAS from Technet, but I'm not sure if Developer Server is there.

Getting Forms served on the web was a small adventure. Since I'm running NT SP5, I had to run OAS 4.0.8 and I also had to apply Patchset 2 to Developer Server 6. None of this was too clear to me until I called Oracle Support for advice. Also, the documentation to set up forms was not the correct set of procedures I needed. Again, it was a call to Support that provided me with the necessary information.

HTH,
Brian
