Didn't do DBA certification as I'm an OCAD, but if you can do some sample tests then that will get you into the swing of things. Get them at the technet site (I think). You may even find that some questions from there are repeated in the real test!

From my experience, they can ask some pretty odd questions. If you can get on a short refresher course (specifically aimed at certification) it will help you far more than trawling through a book. Next best is to get course notes from somebody who has been on such a thing.
