To summarize,
When you are in ENTER_QUERY mode can cannot exit the current block you are in... thus,
Mouse Navigate = NO might work,
or you could move the button inside the TESTING block.

There is another way which is messy and we only learned because we did not know the "Stay inside the block" rule early on... here it is for laughs: We created a whole block level when-mouse-clicked algorithm to check mouse cursor position, and if it was over the position of the button, the do what the button would have done...yuchho...
