With Oracle anything is possible ;-)

Either download from the Oracle web site or buy from the Oracle store the version of Oracle you want to use. (If you get it on CD-ROM they don't charge you for Oracle and only charge something like $4.95 for shipping and handling).

Read the installation guide (it comes on the CD and in the download)
