Oracle examination

Has anyone any knowledge or firsthand experience of the Oracle dba and programming courses at either UCLA or CSU Pomona or another school located in LA/Riv/Orange County?

I'm looking to begin asap and want to make sure I start on the correct path in order to best prepare and trainied to sit for the Oracle dba exam (or programming, depending on which direction and school looks best).
