Database Engineer (ERP)
This staff member will be involved in implementation of the ERP, SFA, and HR systems for CNET and will maintain the databases associated with these applications. Then will work closely with the implementation team, with the application programmers and with the IS staff to insure the proper functioning of the Oracle databases and their tuning, load balancing across time.

Duties include:

Migration of data from legacy systems to new implementation Responsible for back up, restoration, availability, monitoring, performance & tuning
Establishes and maintains security and protection controls The ability to build robust development and production database environments Applicant should have a minimum of three years working as an Oracle database administrator in a production environment, should have excellent trouble shooting skills and should be able to work independently, and should be familiar with Oracle.

Senior Software Engineer (ERP)
This staff member will be involved in the implementation of CNET's ERP, SFA, and HR systems. He or she will work closely with the DBA, the IS team, and the implementation team to insure a successful implementation of Oracle.

Duties include:

Supervising a junior level programmer
Coding of business rules into ERP, SFA, and HR systems using Oracle Helping to insure users needs are met and that applications and reports function properly
Troubleshoot coding issues
Assist in integrating CNET's various systems Applicants should have a minimum of three years supervising or leading a team of programmers and two years work developing excellent communication skills to work with users, the implementation team, and teammates.

Software Engineer (ERP)
This staff member will work with the senior ERP programmer in the implementation of CNET's ERP, SFA, and HR systems. He or she will code input and report screens, do basic troubleshooting and analysis, and work with users and the implementation team to insure a successful implementation.

Duties include:

coding input/output screens
some integration of SFA and ERP systems with senior programmer A minimum of two years of coding experience and six months of Oracle work is necessary.
