I've always found that you can't mix 16 and 32 bit ODBC. Back when I was doing Access and Powerbuilder development, if the app was 16-bit, then 16-bit ODBC needed to be installed and used. If the app was 32-bit, then 32-bit ODBC had to be used. The 16 & 32-bit versions of ODBC seem to coexist quite nicely, and independently.
