I'd have thought that this was exactly the sort of thing PL/SQL should
be able to do as lots of systems must need interface files and some of
those will be binary. I expect this capability will be included in a
future version, but that still leaves me stuck. Looks like I'll have to
check out Unix and NT utilities that can process the file after export.
