DISTINCTROW

I am porting Access SQL code to Oracle. I can't use the DISTINCTROW
command in my SELECT query in Oracle without generating an error. How
can one use DISTINCTROW in Oracle or is this not available? I am
pulling information from multiple tables and just DISTINCT won't work.
