formSelectOption + cselected; how to fill from table ?

Hi,

I need to make some form that has a select listin it with values from that come from a table. The current value has to be the default (cselected => TRUE). How should I code this in pl/sql ?

I know how to make it using static texts but not with variable texts. thanks for any input,
