Just add to the parameterfile initorcl.ora (...\orant\database\initorcl.ora) the following line.

ROLLBACK_SEGMENTS =
(rb1,rb2,rb3,rb4,rb5,rb6,rb7,rb8,rb9,RBS_S1,RBS_S2,RBS_M1,RBS_M2,RBS_L1, RBS_L2,RBS_XL) Just make sure you add the correct RBS-names to the list.
