Dear ALL:

We don't know how to fix the Y2K on the Oracle server   7.2.2.3.0 version.

I have try the Oracle White paper suggest to testing     the oracle server . It return the end date of Feb 2000     is 28/02/2000.

  select to_char(to_date(last_day('01-feb-00'),'dd-mon- rr'),'MM/DD/RRRR') from dual

They suggest change the NLS_DATE_FORMAT to dd/mm/rr.     I can not find the init.ora .

I try to alter session nls_date_format to dd/mm/rr . Seem     can not get any result at all

Does it will work O.K ?

How about form3.0 and sqlrep ?
    Is change to dd/mm/yyyy ?

thanks
best regards
