The latest version that I'm aware of that runs on Win 95 is 8.0.5. The 8i Personal Editions seems to be a repackaged Enterprise Edition, and only runs on NT. Other than the fact that it says "Personal" in the banner when I log in using SQL*Plus, it looks just like the Enterprise Edition.
